Owls are a universally popular species and none more so than the Barn Owl which can be reasonably easy to see at dusk approaches as it starts flying across farmland and set a side fields.  They are a gostly sight, the silent hunter of the night.

Allthough Barn Owls are relatively easy to see given the right conditions and habitat, then can be a tricky species to photograph.  The images below are all of wild owls and have been taken at a range of locations including Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Leicestershire.
