Some flowers bring completely opposing views depending on the views and activities of the individual.  One such plant is the humble Dandelion.  

A lovely wild flower with an intricate highly complex head (often called the clock) of natural beauty.

Hated by  gardeners who see these as problem weed which is fast growing, fast spreading, and nothing more than an unwanted nuscience.

I am very interested in wildlife and have an urban garden, and regularly dig them out of my lawn.   I am not going to get drawn into the "flower" or "weed" debate.

I enjoy taking images of rare flowers and hard to find orchids, but I also enjoy the much more common species such as dandelions.  some examples are shown below.
