While at Ferymn Woods
in Northamptonshire looking for Purple Emperor and White Admiral,
I was recommended to go to Tywell Country Park near to Cranford
in Northamptonshire which was a detour of about 1/4 mile on my
way home.
It was a great recommendation because despite
the windy condition I saw dozens of Marbled Whites.
Although it was too windy for many pictures, I am pleased with
these below.
Some of these pictures were taken on a second visit
a week later.
Both visits were in July 2008.

CP is also a good site for
Six-spot Burnet
moth
I saw at least 50 on one visit
