Brown Argus
 

 
Although it's brown, it's a blue.....

The Brown Argus is one of Britain's "blue" butterflies which is more obvious when viewed from the side.

 

These pictures were taken at:
Magdalen Hill Down which is a Butterfly Conservation site near Winchester in Hampshire
