Souslik Warbler in Bulgaria

Whilst in Bulgaria in May 2010 to target some of the birds and wildlife of the Mediterranean, one of the common mamal that was frequently seen in rough grass and meadows was the Souslik.  It is a kind of European squirrel which is not dissimilar in appearance to a Merecat.
