Tufted Duck

This male came very close to the camera at Groby Pool, Leicestershire

Pochard

A visit to the the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust (WWT) at Welney was reasonably productive with good views of both Whopper and Mute Swans but also large numbers of male Pochard, pictures taken 2007 & 2008

Muscovey Duck

This Muscovey Duck was also seen at Pitsford Reservoir, Northamptonshire.

Teal

One of our smallest ducks (These are the common Teal which are much more common than the Green winged Teal that I have seen at Eyebrook Reservoir) in Leicestershire, but have not yet managed to get a close enough picture to publish)

Ruddy Duck

A very small amount of pale blue can be seen on the bill.
