Chough

A visit to South Stack on Anglesey in May of 2008 produced reasonable views of Chough, apparently there are currently 14 pairs on the reserve.
South Stack is a great place for walking, flowers, and other sea birds such as razorbills.

But Chough is what many people come to see.  They can bee seen at many remote coastal sites in North Wales, Cornwall, and some Islands such as Islay, Isle of Mann etc.
but RSPB South Stack reserve is probably less of a drive than most.

I saw at least 5 or 6 birds maybe more (as always with these things, it's hard to tell if you are counting the same birds more than once.......)
