then visit the coast

Llyn Peninsular

llyn Peninsular this walk is on the Lleyn peninsular

It starts at Trevor, and traverses the fine coastal paths with good steep scrambling before the climb to the top of the rivals at 593 meters on Yr Eifl

the circular route is about 6 miles long and
is on O/S Landranger 123

there is also good climbing, walking & scrambling on Anglesey

920,000 visits are made to Snowdonia each year by car,
with only 80,000 visits by people using other forms of transport

Tryfan

at 3010 feet it is the
lowest of the Welsh 3's

and some would say
the best

wild goat on Tryfan

The Welsh 3's

all of the fourteen peaks in Wales that reach 3000 feet are found in Snowdonia. Often people who climb the Welsh 3's generally wish to climb them in a single day.

the 14 peaks of Snowdonia that rise to 3000 feet
is a challenge that I have any chance of completing
(my first completion was 16 hours)

The current record is
4 hours 19 minutes & 56 Seconds by Donnelly
