the Sgurr of Eigg

the largest hill on the tiny island
this was climbed very early one morning as we rowed ashore in a tiny boat and climbed the viewpoint before breakfast

the Sgurr is actually named An Sgurr and is 393 meters above sea level
it's a hard peak to climb due to the remoteness of Eigg.
Eigg only a few ferrys a week in the summer months and a very undeveloped infrastructure.
