	the river crossing was just a stream, and then through the forest track back to the car

Loch Lochy

a late lunch break on Sron a' Choire Ghairbh 3067 feet, after already completing Meall na Teanga 3008 feet

West of Loch Treig around the 670 meter contour you reach the ridge middle is Stob a'Choire Mheadhoin right is and Stob Coire Easain the peak on the left is actually a high point on the ridge
