Buchaille Etive
Mor
and
Buchaille Etive Beag
Buchaille Etive Mor is one of the most famous mountains and views in all of Scotland, indeed it is pictured on the front of the "Glencoe whisky bottle and exported all over the world".
Buchaille Etive Beag is it's neighbour and is also a ridge of two Munro's. It is a smaller ridge in terms of both height and distance, but is still a very good walk.

Buchaille Etive Mor is really a ridge which has four peaks, the two at each end are the two Munro's of Stob Dearg and Stob na Broige. The peak of Stob Dearg is the famous peak that is often referred to as "Buchaille Etive Mor" in it's own right. It is translated to "the big Herdsman" |
