Striding Edge  ~  Helvellyn

Helvellyn is probably the most visited mountain in The Eastern Lakes, if not in all the Lakes, and Striding Edge is possibly the most popular route up it.

It is also one of the four  3000 foot mountains in England.  With its summit is at 950 meters it's lower than both Scafell Pike and Scafell, but higher than Skidaw, all four mountains are well worth a day out.
