Edinburgh Award Learning the art of Belaying at Birmingham climbing wall As well this visit to the wall the participant has other visits to practice climbing and Abseiling, then takes part in a weekend of climbing on an outdoor crag where they will climb and abseil on a selection of routes. During this weekend they will belay each other, thus ensuring each others safety. During all climbing all young people will be under supervision. for pictures of the weekends that
