Pacing Chart

As mentioned on the "distance & Navigation page"

when out on the hill, in addition to your general navigation skills - remember "Pacing" can be used to accurately measure distance covered

with practice this is an extremely accurate measurement

by knowing how many paces (either single or double) you take per 100 Meters you can accurately measure distance travelled

this is a basic example of a chart that I use

remember to adjust the paces to those of your own
